I believe that there is a way to get a synergy out of any work group environment, and that everyone should be able to be motivated and feel like they are appreciated for the good work that they do. I'm in the middle of the book "Drive" by Daniel H. Pink. It's all about motivation and how to make your work environment great and fun. It's nice to see someone put into words they way that I've felt about management for so long. It's a great read. I agree, but I think that it goes way past just community.
