I feel the site master, blog owner should only make it more conversational ,"if" they have the time to reply at least to a comment on a few .

Take the seth godin who gives the impression that his blog is a place for conversation(correction - posts from his blog to facebook - his blogs has comments disabled ) . There are 100s of comments but he never comments on them . The novelty excitement of the user wears off when they see the site/blog master does not engage in a dialogue and then move away.

Keep in mind that I haven't implemented what I've learned from this book. I have lots of ideas now on how to change things to make them more clickable. That said, most of the clicks come from topics on the home page. As articles get added, they are included in the "What's New" section. This also seems to help them get index more quickly by search engines. I am still working on integrating some extensions with each other. After that, I'll be able to focus on my homepage and landing page redesign.
