Ever since I quit my day job and work home-based full timely, the toughest is to be healthy. The clock is always ongoing until night, so am I. lol.. I think that's a good tip you bring up there, to treat the schedule as while we're working, not be in our PJs but in suitable outfits. Treat the work at home seriously.
