Carla – I love Green and Chic. What a great concept for a blog. StatPress SEOlution gives a lot more information than I’ve seen on other stats widgets.

Sara Rivka – Instead of calling it “by accident,” why don’t we just say it was ba’shert I’ll do my best to help spread the word.

Joanna – That’s brilliant. A plugin that does a back-up. I have a few blogs that I work on and I will have to put that on all of them.

Your mission is very powerful. It gives me the warm fuzzies. Great ideas for what to do as well. I’ll keep an eye on it.

Hi Rena,
Thanks for your plug in list. I also like the plug in, WordPress Database PlugIn. It automatically backs up my database each night and emails me a zip file. I also use a very user friendly calendar on my blog “Fun In Jerusalem”. It is not the most beautiful calendar but it has great features.

I never heard of StatPress SEOlution, but it sounds like a great idea. I will definitely upload this plugin to Green and Chic. I use the Twitter plugin on my personal blog.

Thanks so much, Evan. I love trying new things. I’m installing Windows Live Writer now. It looks really cool.

I hate the hassle of writing copyright information for the images I use. Flickr Creative Commons has gotten better about this recently, actually giving the copyright link information, but it would be cool to have a widget that would take care of all that with one click. I’ve gotten spoiled.

I’ve tried the PicApp plugin, but it seems a bit buggy. It’s new, so I’m sure that they’ll get it fixed up right away.

BTW – I was very happy to see that I can enjoy your blog, even if I’m under 40 – only a couple more years to go…

I’m not using any image plugins yet on 40Tech. I write most of my posts in Windows Live Writer, which has nice image manipulation features. On my personal site, I use NextGen Gallery, which is more of a full-featured album/gallery plugin, but it does have some tools for putting those images into posts.

Evan – I hope that you enjoy the StarPress plugin. I’m still on the lookout for new plugins. I’d really like to find an image plugin that I’m happy with. The ones that I’ve seen have been buggy. If you have any suggestions, I’d love to hear them!

Thanks for the list. The only one I currently use is the All in One SEO Pack, which I love, so I have a few new ones to look into. I’ll particularly have to check out the StatPress one. I’ve been using Google Analytics, but just installed Clicky, which seems pretty nice.
